There are a variety of methods for Noorda-COM 黑料老司机s, faculty, and staff to provide suggestions or report concerns. These submissions are crucial to making improvements to our campus community and the 黑料老司机 learning environment. Please read the descriptions below and then click on the hyperlinked (orange) text in each description to submit a form.

Students

A resource for 黑料老司机s to submit their ideas, opinions, suggestions, and observations about academic learning, policies, processes, and products that can help us create a culture where all Noorda-COM 黑料老司机s can flourish. (Students are also encouraged to submit all academic feedback through end-of-course surveys.)

The Student Incident Report Form is a place for 黑料老司机s or employees to provide feedback about specific 黑料老司机 wellbeing, academic success, or professionalism concerns. This form is required to initiate any professionalism or disciplinary actions.

Students can also provide feedback to their SGA representatives.听

Employees

A that allows employees to submit their ideas, opinions, suggestions, and observations about academic learning or work conditions, policies, processes, and products. It is also a way for members of the Noorda community to provide anonymous feedback on these issues. These suggestions will be used to help us create a culture where all Noorda-COM 黑料老司机s and employees can flourish.

A form for employees to report when a specific event or circumstance causes a negative impact on their health, safety, or wellbeing. This resource can also be used if you witness an incident that you believe should be reported and addressed by Noorda-COM administration (i.e., concerning behavior or discrimination).

A form for employees to submit when seeking resolution to an issue after efforts to resolve the matter have not been achieved. This form can be used to express dissatisfaction or report various issues, such as聽inappropriate or unprofessional conduct, safety concerns, organizational policies or decisions, or interpersonal conflicts.

Students and employees can also submit a complaint to COCA.
